IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Changes In Our Channel | A new direction in the Weight Loss Journey

We were not around for a while for some reasons. One of them was that we were not “content” with the “content” that we put out up to now and we wanted to improve and change the direction of our channel. In the end, We have decided to end the classic “This Time We Can” series as you know it and to change its name to “This Time We Can 12 Days”. We would like to keep these videos still because we still believe that they are of value in terms of information. Besides, we restart the “This Time We Can” from scratch with a new and hopefully more intimate approach. But why? We explain in the video in detail. “This Time We Talk” and “Start Your Weight Loss” will continue with new episodes whenever we can.

The End (Wait for the Announcement Video) | TTWC12Days | Day 12

Due to some circumstances that we will explain in our following Announcement video (it will be uploaded within 24 hours), we will change the format of “This Time We Can” while ending the current one and restart the weight loss journey. We will be calling the current program “TTWC12Days = This Time We Can 12 Days” to differentiate it from new series that we will release. However we will keep these series in our channel still as these 12 videos are pretty informative and gives an idea on how to start a weight loss journey. Thanks for watching us. We will be starting to release the new series soon.

Late Night Cardio | Weight Loss Journey | Day 10

On the 10th day of the weight loss journey, Alper and Marketa were very late to go for the gym pretty late due to the heavy work load so they had to go for a late night cardio. Alper had more than 3200 calories that day, however thanks to the tough cardio exercise, he was still in the cutting range. The TDEE is assumed to be closer to 3400 calories so the cutting is roughly 5% for this day which is much lower than other days.
